I am an ACC coach with the ICF and specialise in self-confidence. I have helped many clients achieve personal and career goals and develop their own sense of comfortable confidence. I am an approachable, adaptable and often practical coach who delivers transformative results creatively and intuitively. I am a trained actor (BA Hons) and worked professionally on stage and screen for over twenty years. I blend actor training into much of my coaching to maximise confident outcomes.
